Returns & Exchanges

At Mantra Collective, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags are intact and the item is free of any marks or scents.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
